These are TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) replacement tires compatible with ZERO HALLIBURTON Geo series suitcases.

The tires have slight, evenly spaced protrusions at four points around their circumference, which provides a light anti-roll effect. This can help reduce unintended rolling on gentle slopes, making the suitcase easier to manage during use. (Effectiveness may vary depending on the slope.)

This product uses TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). TPU is a material also used in smartphone cases and shoe soles, characterized by its flexibility and elasticity, making it adaptable for everyday use.

After installation, make sure that each tire is securely fitted to the wheel before using the suitcase. If a tire becomes loose, damaged, or deformed during use, discontinue use and replace it.

This product is manufactured using 3D printing (additive manufacturing), so layering marks may be visible on the surface. These marks are a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process and do not, by themselves, indicate a defect.

With genuine casters, only the rubber part wears down after long-term use, leading to a situation where "the wheels are fine, but only the tires are damaged."

Manufacturer repairs are relatively expensive and involve the hassle of leaving the suitcase for a certain period, as well as shipping and receiving it, making it difficult to request casually. There is also reluctance to replace parts with non-genuine ones when considering future repairs.

Could we solve this problem by replacing only the necessary parts? Could we repair it while maintaining the original look as much as possible? We want to use our important suitcases carefully for as long as possible. With these thoughts in mind, we created this tire. In addition to repairs, carrying it as a spare during travel provides peace of mind in case of an emergency.
