Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays).

- Depending on the contents and timing of your order, shipping may occasionally take a little longer.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, tracking information will also be provided.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. For orders shipped within Japan, shipping is included in the product price, so there is no additional shipping charge at checkout.
International shipping is charged separately. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order details and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Q. What shipping methods do you use?
A. For orders within Japan, we use shipping services such as Letter Pack Light, TA-Q-BIN Compact, and Click Post, depending on the size and contents of the order.
International orders are shipped from Japan using Japan Post international mail services. The specific shipping method may vary depending on the destination and the contents of the order.
If tracking is available, we will provide the tracking number by email after your order has been shipped.
Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A. Except in cases of an initial defect, damage, or other issue for which we are responsible, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
Many of the products sold in our store are difficult to verify as unused once they have been delivered and therefore cannot be resold. This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives a product of the same quality.
If your product arrives defective or damaged, or has another issue for which we are responsible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the situation, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
For compatible or replacement products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or compatibility selection by the customer. Please check the dimensions and compatibility information on the product page carefully before purchasing.
Q. An item is out of stock. When will it be available again?
A. Out-of-stock items are usually restocked within 2–3 business days.
Depending on inventory and production conditions, restocking may occasionally take longer. If you need an item soon or would like to check its availability, please contact us through our contact page.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We currently ship within Japan and to the United States for selected products.
Availability for international shipping depends on the product and destination and can be confirmed at checkout.
For eligible products shipped to the United States, we use **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)** shipping, which means applicable import duties are paid by us. Please refer to the individual product page for details.
Q. Are your compatible products genuine manufacturer parts?
A. No. Products described as "compatible with," "replacement," or similar are third-party products independently developed and manufactured by us. They are not genuine parts made by the original manufacturers.
These products are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or authorized by the respective manufacturers. Manufacturer and product names are used solely to identify the products with which our replacement parts are designed to be compatible.
