There's a common problem that arises when you've been using your Zero Halliburton suitcase for a long time:
"The wheels are fine, but the tires are completely worn out."
Due to friction with airport floors and years of travel, only the rubber parts deteriorate, making the wheels heavier to roll.
And when you send it in for manufacturer repair, it costs around 5,000 yen per wheel.
Replacing all four wheels can be a surprisingly painful expense.
So, I changed my approach, and arrived at the simple solution of:
"What if I could just replace the tires?"
Zero Halliburton wheels are sturdy, and it's usually only the outer tire part that gets damaged.
Therefore, we created replacement tires made of TPU material for a perfect fit.
They replicate a ride feeling close to the original, and also look seamlessly integrated.
The replacement method is also very easy.
Simply remove the old tire and put on the new one.
Almost no special tools or knowledge are required, and the work can be completed in a few minutes.
Since the Zero Halliburton body is durable, it can still be actively used if only the tires are replaced.
"Repair costs are high..."
