Our ZERO HALLIBURTON Geo Replacement Tires Reach Their First U.S. Customer

ZERO HALLIBURTON Geo交換タイヤ、初めてアメリカのお客様に使っていただきました
We sell TPU replacement tires compatible with ZERO HALLIBURTON Geo series suitcases at Feasible Lab Garage.

This product originally came about because of a problem I experienced with my own ZERO HALLIBURTON suitcase. The wheels themselves were still perfectly usable, but after years of use, only the tires had deteriorated.

Now, these small replacement tires have crossed the ocean and reached our very first customer in the United States.

It All Started with an Email from the U.S.

We originally sold this product only within Japan and did not offer shipping to the United States.

Then one day, we received an inquiry from a customer in the U.S. asking:

“Would it be possible to buy a set of these replacement tires and have them shipped to the U.S.?”

ZERO HALLIBURTON is an American-born brand.

I’m a ZERO HALLIBURTON fan myself, and I originally created this product because I wanted to keep using a suitcase I really liked for as long as possible. So I was very happy to hear from someone in the U.S. who also wanted to keep using and taking care of their suitcase.

That inquiry inspired us to look into international shipping and import procedures one step at a time, and eventually set up our store so that customers in the United States could purchase directly from us for the first time.

The Tires Arrived Safely — and Were Successfully Installed

After shipping the order from Japan, the tires arrived safely at our customer’s home in the U.S.

We were then very happy to receive a photo of the tires installed on the suitcase, along with this message:

> “The tires arrived and they fit perfectly! I had a little trouble getting the first one on, but the installation instructions on your website were really helpful and made the process much easier.”

The photo and feedback are shared with the customer’s permission.

Although we had tested the product ourselves before offering it for sale, it was still a very special moment for us as the maker to hear that a customer thousands of miles away had installed the tires on their own suitcase and that they fit perfectly.

Valuable Feedback: “I Had a Little Trouble Getting the First One On”

There was another part of the feedback that we especially appreciated:

“I had a little trouble getting the first one on.”

Our product page currently explains the installation process using photos and written instructions.

However, for someone installing the tires for the first time, things like how much pressure to apply or exactly how to work the tire onto the wheel may be difficult to communicate through photos and text alone.

That feedback made us realize:

“We should make an installation video, too.”

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a video ready in time for our first U.S. customer, but we plan to add a video showing the actual installation process so that future customers can see more clearly how the tires are fitted.

Feedback from people who actually use our products helps us discover things that we might not notice on our own.

Repair Only What’s Needed, and Keep Using the Suitcase You Love

The reason we created this product is very simple.

The wheels are still usable.

The suitcase itself still has many years of life left.

But when only the tires deteriorate, it can become difficult to keep using the suitcase.

So we asked ourselves:

Could we replace just the worn-out tires?

Could we keep using a suitcase we love while preserving as much of its original appearance as possible?

That is where the development of these replacement tires began.

These small parts started out in Japan as a way for me to keep using my own suitcase for longer. Seeing them cross the ocean and help someone else who also values their ZERO HALLIBURTON suitcase makes me very happy.

The customer who first contacted us became Feasible Lab Garage’s very first customer in the United States.

We are truly grateful that they reached out to us, joined us for our first international shipment, and even took the time to send us a photo and valuable feedback after installing the tires.

Thank you very much.
